Q: What is the difference between the teaching methodology in your institute and others?

Q: How are you preparing your students to be Industry ready?

A: Apeejay Stya University has always focused on preparing students for the Industry following the latest curriculum, training programs and regular seminars with the industry experts. The course BTech CSE Specialisation in Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with ORACLE, so the specialisation subjects and certifications being taught and trained by Oracle industry experts itself boost students with the confidence to face requirements of the industry.

Q: What quality do your students have which other college students lack?

A: Apeejay Stya University provides students not only ‘education for living and livelihood’ but also ‘education for life’ and empowers students with a fundamental foundation in leadership and professional skills to face the challenges of the new liberalised global economy. The 11 unique category subjects that students take during their study years empower them with a holistic development throughout making them more confident to face the changing world. Our Students are ambitious and innovative in their approach participating in various national and international competitions and Government funded projects through IIC and Incubation centre facilities available in the campus.

Q: Do you think the curriculum of the courses taught in your institute fits in the requirement of the industry?

A: The BTech CSE course specialisation in Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with Oracle is in itself the most advanced course meeting the requirements of the industry and making students absolutely ready for it. The hands-on training by the experts from the Oracle itself makes it, even more, assuring that students are well trained and prepared to meet the challenges in the future. The course is also updated quite regularly keeping in mind the industry requirement and high education needs. The mark to market concept makes each course curriculum and the teaching methodologies updated and revised time to time.  

Q: Is your college receptive to innovation, technology, science & entrepreneurship?

A: Yes, our university is receptive to all the changes. Apeejay Stya University is already equipped with the latest teaching-learning pedagogies, incorporating the best ICT practices. The campus has state-of-the-art infrastructure including a Wi-Fi enabled campus with 24/7 broadband internet access. Research at ASU has its base at the graduate level.  Faculty and students enrol in SWAYAM courses from time to time to upgrade themselves. About 20 per cent weightage is given to online courses in the students’ course curriculum. SOET department has established an MHRD sponsored Institution Innovation Council (IIC), which gives a platform to foster the culture of innovation and MSME approved Incubation Centre.
