To apply for the BCom LLB (H) programme, candidates must ensure that they meet the course-specific eligibility criteria. The selection is based on merit. Students must have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate in a relevant subject. The prominent difference in between both the pathways i.e doing LLB directly, or LLB after BCom, can be in the duration of completing the courses. While B.Com LLB is an integrated degree which combines both the degrees into one which can be completed in 5 years, and pursuing them seperately can take approximately 6 years.
