- Graduates are proficient in computer, communication, and mathematical skills and employ advanced management and financial management techniques to support accounting activities, including the maintenance of accounting records and the preparation and presentation of financial statements
- Graduates will also be able to perform a number of more complex functions using analytical and evaluation skills to support management decision-making and collaborating in the design of an organization's internal control system
- The graduate has reliably demonstrated the ability to:
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and other documents in compliance with Canadian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for sole proprietorships, partnerships and private enterprises
- Contribute to strategic decision-making by applying advanced management accounting concepts
- Prepare individuals' and Canadian-controlled private corporations' income tax returns and individuals' basic tax planning in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Analyze and evaluate organizational structures and the interdependence of functional areas, and contribute to the development of strategies which positively impact financial performance.

Tips: It's a wonderful college to join and participate in each and every contest that is organized by Georgian college. You can have fun with different activities along with your studies. There are lots of different programs you can choose according to your area of interest and field. Each and every program is amazing and valuable.
Likes (Quality of faculty): Quality of faculty is really good because of their cooperation and best teaching skills. Faculty members are well knowledgeable and highly skilled. Faculty helps at each and every step in our semester. If you find any difficulty in your subject then you can email them to learn and eliminate those difficulties.
Dislikes (Student Life): Student life is the best at Barrie campus, Georgian college because lots of events are organized over here for students to enjoy along with studies. Students never get bored by participating in different events and contests. Apart from this, a gym is also available for students to stay fit and healthy.

Tips: Before joining the campus, the outgoing students should know that performance is the key. They must perform to outshine others and at the same time, devote significant time in building up their skill set. They might have to kick in those extra miles to sustain in Canada and some sleepless lights might be on the way.
Likes (Value for money): The college ensures value for money as the experienced faculty, the overall peer group and the industry interactions are incomparable. The way they impart knowledge and experience to the students is good. They help us in preparing for the future scenario in the most prolific way.
Dislikes (Public transportation): Public transportation is available, however, it is not available in abundance. We had to wait a lot of time to fetch another bus to our place and at the same time, if we compare the transportation expense from my home country, it is significantly higher.
