This section discusses the level of employment-program relatedness, i.e how helpful were the programs pursued by them in getting employment. Students surveyed were either full-time or part-time employed or unemployed and searching for a job. Education and Business had the highest employment-program relatedness rate for ULethbridge at 92.6% and 85.2%.

All the featured disciplines at the university had a better employment rate than the national average except for Education. Next in line came Social Sciences and Sciences with the employment rate being 95.1% and 95%. The discipline yielding the lowest employment rate was Humanities with 91.8% of graduates with a job. ULethbridge Average Salary 2018
ULethbridge graduates who were working full-time had a median annual salary of $75,000. 50% of these respondents had a salary range of $57,000 to $90,000. When compared to the national median income, the university’s median salary level was $12,000 more than it.
