or designing and maintenance part an engineer is expected to be

engineer to analyze the mapping, create the reports, work on

To become a Civil Engineer, it is expected for
the aspirant to have at least a bachelor’s degree in B.Eng. It is a
3-year course. Post that there are also many 4 year courses that an
aspirant can opt for. It also includes the practical experience
from the Civil Engineering firm that would give you the M.Eng
qualification. There is no denying the fact that competition for
the courses has increased and there are so many candidates who now
look forward to getting to the top. But they need to score at least
an ‘A’ in mathematics, physics and even some relevant subject like
geography and design too.
While choosing a particular course, you need to make sure it is accredited with the council of engineering. It will be an added advantage for an aspirant if he becomes a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. Along with the graduation program, a paid internship can be an added advantage. The training under a licensed professional engineer is a must with two professional exams being cleared.
How much does it cost?
Surely to get the right graduation and training to be an aspiring Civil Engineer is not so easy. But yes, you need to be clear of the fact that a Civil Engineer must have good finance to get to the best of the colleges. The gradation would itself take more than five lacs, but for this, an entrance test is expected to be cleared. Moving further, about the tuition fees, it can be between Rs 2 to 4 lakh in most of the private colleges.
