Event planners coordinate all aspects of live events, meetings. The event could be a brand or products launch, an exhibition, a concert or even beauty and fashion pageants, cine awards, music award, wedding etc.

Job Profile
- Confer with clients to outline purpose of the event and their expectations in terms of outcomes
- Take the clients brief in terms of location, time, duration, cost etc.
- Plan events based on the clients brief keeping in mind the product, brand value, occasion and the budget
- Research for venues and the overall design and program inputs
- Solicit bids from service providers such as decorators, technical people such as sound and light to professionals, caterers etc.
- Carry out meticulous planning of each detail of the event for creativity and innovation
- Hire the venue , assign contracts
- Confer with contractors, professionals to ensure that each detail of the plan is in place
- Oversee the preparation of the venue and make contingency plans
- Handle the logistics (services and supplies)
- Appoint venue management staff
- Hire artists and performers
- Arrange transport and security services
- Coordinate the final event
- Review event bills and approve payments
- Market services of the Event company
