Lyricists
- Write songs based on ideas, themes or for a specific product
- Get inspiration from social situations, events, emotions, memories and people
- Often work with a composer or a team to create the lyrics and the music to go with it
- Write songs for actors, films, videos, advertisements, music recordings, national interest occasions etc
- Write prose as well as songs which can be sung to a melody.They write words to suit a melody
- Write songs for specific projects
- Work with singers and musicians who use musical instrument digital interface to mix, edit, alter and refine sounds to suit the lyrics
