Project Managers
- Represent the organization for the assigned project and ensure the clients and organizations interests are protected
- Approve project objectives and carry out risk assessment
- Set up a team to work on the project by appointing various professionals and subcontractors for specific assignments on the project
- Monitor the tasks assigned to various subcontractors to ensure the specifications are followed
- Troubleshoot and manage any problems that may arise
- Manage rescheduling when required
- Oversee the billing, accounting and costing
- Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget and meets the objectives set out for the project
