It's just an eyewash by the government to make mint money .That too it's for teachers appointed after 2013, might be they would have joined their profession in1997, but may be they joined the current school late. please govt.should specify the age limit and mention the year correctly.The poor teachers who had been serving for more than 25 years are affected and they are paid less than the juniors. please rectify this.
