A really very good college .

Placements: AMS college of Engineering has provided us a very good placements in even the top most companies like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, ZOHO, etc. Also many of the students are placed in good MNC companies also even average students are also placed in BPO's with a good pay.

Infrastructure: We have sophisticated classrooms with smart teaching and a very good hostel rooms with a nature surrounded green environment. Separate hosts for both boys and girls and a very safety place to girl students. Good teaching methods and very friendly faculty.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are not only sincere towards their duty but also very kind and loveable towards the students. They help us improve our career and also our curriculum. Exams are regularly conducted for the well being of the students and also equal importance given to sports.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, worst placement, changing rules and fines.

Placements: In my batch, 55 students have completed engineering but just 10 students are placed from college placement department. Only 10% of the students got a job in my batch. In my senior batch, only 20 students got a job. The salary ranges from Rs. 6000 to Rs. 17000. My friend got a job from our college placement cell in Macomdios, a startup company. My friend joined this company as a database administrator and in the starting, he got only Rs. 6000 but after 8 months he started getting Rs. 17000. The average salary is Rs. 8000- Rs. 12000. In my college, most students got a job in BPO companies( 220 out of 500 students). Technical companies also visited but they selected only 20 students. The following companies visited the campus-Sutherland, Solaris, American Megatrends, Vdart Software Services, ETA, Avalon Electronics for the posts of technical support, software developer, database administrator, voice and non-voice support, electrical engineer,etc. No student got an internship from the college but some students got on their won. The highest stipend is Rs. 8000 and the lowest stipend is Rs. 6000.

Infrastructure: In my college campus, Wi-Fi is not available. The labs are good. Classrooms are normal, but not of high quality. The library has only foreign author books and local author books are not available. Only English magazines are available. Medical facilities are very poor, only one doctor is available on campus and she is available from 10.00 A.M to 12.00 A.M and 4.00 P.M to 6.00 P.M only. So medical facilities are not good. Sports and games activities are very good but very few students join the sports teams. The quality of lab and classrooms are not bad but the teaching is very poor. The quality of food in the canteen is not bad but the food menu does not have many items and the canteen area is small. During the break time, the polytechnic students also visit the engineering college canteen. The hostel rooms are not bad but water problem is there. The mess is small and we have to wait for our turn during the lunch time.

Faculty: Most of the faculty member are partial partiality. They help the toppers only and provide notes and tips to them. A very less number of faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable and most of them simply do their job and escape from their duties. Most of them are less experienced. They only teach us how to memorize and how to pass the exams. In my class, only 5 students know programming from out of 55 students. In my department, only 11 faculty members are available for 180 students from the 2nd year to the 4the year. The student to faculty ratio is 1 staff for 16 students. I did not get an industry exposure. Honestly, learned a lot from the internet about my course curriculum and my field rather than from the college. It is only helpful for getting a degree and not knowledge.

Other: I ould suggest you to not join the college. I wasted my 4 years in my life and 8 lakhs. In my college, the placement is very poor and then faculty members are less knowledgeable and less experienced. Sometimes the college is very strict and they ask the students to pay a fine for the internal exam retest. Sometimes the hostel food menu is not followed properly and sometimes the food is very bad.

Absolutely satisfied with my college placements, infrastructure and faculty also very good.

Placements: Actually, placements were very good in our college for all the departments. Almost 90 percentage of students got placed. Packages were nearly 5 lakh per annum. Companies visiting our college are Infosys, CTS, TCS, Globalsolution etc. The role offered was like pupil leader.

Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are superb. They are providing good strength wifi connection. Labs are also superb having all needed equipment. Like for physics lab, we have all instruments and in the chemical lab, we have all acids and burette, funnels. Likewise in mechanical and civil lab also. Also, we have sports day. For that, obviously, we would be having sports and games facilities in college. Hostel rooms and canteen food also great.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good in teaching for various types of students in college. They have much patience to handle each and every different kind of student. They are more helpful for our college life development in all the ways. They are like friends in behaviour and also teaching. We have had many industrial visits while studying. The course that they taught us was very useful.
