{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.E./B.Tech Courses at Adarsh College of EngineeringBased on the reviews and feedback provided by students and alumni, the effectiveness of the placement cell at Adarsh College of Engineering for B.E./B.Tech courses appears to be limited.* Placement Numbers: According to the reviews, only 2-5 students from the batch got placed, and the salary range was relatively low (Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month).* Top Recruiting Company: Despite Tech Mahindra being a top recruiter, no students from the course were hired.* Internship Opportunities: Few students from the course managed to secure internships.* Lack of Support: Faculty members' lack of experience and inadequate guidance were cited as major issues affecting students' career prospects.* Poor Infrastructure: The absence of modern lab facilities, insufficient classroom space, and poor hostel conditions may have contributed to the limited success of the placement cell.Overall, while the college claims to offer good placements, the reality seems different based on the feedback from current and former students. Improving the infrastructure, faculty expertise, and placement services would likely enhance the placement outcomes for B.E./B.Tech graduates at Adarsh College of Engineering.
