Two days of week have to go to the given organisation for field work and knowledge which helps students to learn more and easy way by implementing it in field work. The greatest benefit of pursuing B.Com is it offers well-paid jobs. As B.Com offers specialisation in different profiles. However, it offers different job profiles like Auditor, Accountant, Business Analyst, stockbroker, Finance Officer, Finance Consultant, Teacher, Budget Analyst, Finance and Accounting Manager, etc. The faculty of Aditi Mahavidyalaya is generally considered to be good.

Top recruiters for my course include various NGOs like RCI, SARD, Butterfly, etc., among many others. But there is a placements cell committee in the college through which many companies visit and provide internships and job offers. Many of them are paid while some of them are unpaid.
