This Institute is not an engineering college. They train you on commercial aircraft maintenance and enable you to obtain liscense from DGCA.

Hello Mohan,
Aircraft maintenance engg is actually not engineering. It's 3 year course that enables one to get liscense from DGCA to work on commercial aircraft. 12th with PCM is the eligibility.

As per my idea, the fee structure of aeronautical engineering is slightly higher than all other branches. On an average, it costs around 8-10 Lacs for 4 years.

The path of admission to any engineering college is through CET or equivalent of that state. Perhaps only in TN admissions are based on marks of 12th. So follow rules applicable for your state.
