For undergraduate courses, you generally require having passed 10+2 with at least 45% in the relevant subjects or an equivalent grade. For most postgraduate courses like MBA you require a Bachelors' degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. Further, you will also have to take the entrance tests such as CAT, MAT or the XAT. In addition, the institute also takes into account, if any, the office working experience. Generally the admission process includes group discussion and then the candidates are called for an interview.

Yes, the students can take admission for AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies MBA/PGDM course without MAT. The institute offers admission through CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA and GMAT scores but has its own cutoff marks. Candidates who had not written MAT can apply with the scores of any of these examinations. The institute also has its own entrance tests called as AIMS Test for those students who have not written any of the aforementioned tests. Usually, the entrance exam score is nearly 50%, while the other 50% is determined using the performance in the academic test, a group discussion, and an interview.

The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:15, allowing individual concern and client relationship. Teaching experience of the facultymembers is 12 years and industry experience is 8 years. About 80% of faculty have published research papers in leading journals of the country, and 60% have paper presentations in national and international seminars. In the faculty, there are 45 NMU, of which 5 are accredited from the prestigious universities of the world. Altogether, it can be stated that AIMS has a qualified, experienced, and motivated faculty accepting values of the educational quality.

Besides, candidates must have appeared for the entrance examination like CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA. The institute also takes into consideration the candidate's work experience if any. The system is composed of a group discussion and an interview. The institute present two years full time MBA/PGDM programme having total strength of 180 students for the entire batch.

Semester exam result in the AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies are generally released within 30-45 days of the final term papers or examinations. But in general, the time frame within which result is to be declared is not the same in all university as it depends on their policies & guidelines. For instance, Mumbai University where AIMS is affiliated typically releases results within one month from exams . We recommend that students visit the institutes' website or contact the officials to know the dates of the result declarations.
