The institute occupies a campus area of 2 acres with a plan and developed area in excess of one Lacs square feet. The campus is well-equipped with modern amenities, classrooms of 30, two auditoriums, one seminar hall and one conference hall. The institute also enjoys the services of a library that stocks 15000 books, 100 national and International journals and online databases. Also the campus is provided with cafeteria, gymnasium, sports facility, separate hostels for boys and girls for more than 500 students. There is internet connection on the campus, which is Availed all times throughout the day.

The basis of selection at AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies for MBA/PGDM course:The candidates should have appeared in any of the management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA and secured minimum 50%ile in each of these tests. It is also necessary that the candidate has passed the bachelor's degree in any field with at least 50% marks. Thus, the selection process includes the group discussion (GD), which has 20% weightage to personal interview (PI) containing 30% weightage. The remaining 50% weightage is awarded of academic achievement of the candidate and his scores in the entrance test.

Students who wish to enroll under AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies have to follow the following steps. First of all, candidates are supposed to clear some entrance exams like CAT, MAT, XAT etc. and they should obtain minimum 50% percentile. Subsequently, candidates have to open the institute's website and register, and submit INR 1,000 as an application fee. The candidates who clear the first round will be asked to attend a group discussion and a one-to-one interview on the campus of the institute. Finally, to be selected, the candidates are required to make a registration fee of INR 50,000 and a tuition fee, ranging between INR 2.5 Lacs to INR 3.5 Lacs per annum.2 In day to day functioning, about 400 to 500 students are selected for admissions every year and almost hence 90 percent of the students are placed in top renowned companies.

Ottaining an admission to AIMS - Atharva Institute of Management Studies is not very difficult but at the same time not very easy as well. The institute gets 5000 to 6000 applications every year and out of them there are 400 to 500 students who get selected. There are four ways of selection, which are entrance exam results, academic achievements of the candidates and interview. The admission criteria of the institute involves entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT etc. and the minimum percentile range fixed by this institute is between 60-70 percent. This general admission process yields an average success rate of 8-10% meaning that, for every one hundred applicants that apply, only eight to ten will be admitted into the school.

For instance, to apply for a position, the candidates have to buy the application form for one thousand INR. Afterwards, the candidate has to complete an online application with personal and academic Targeted information which includes a mark sheet of graduation, entrance exam score card and any identity proof. Applicants can also submit their applications via the website of the institute. The application processing fee is INR 1,000 and should be paid online or by cash card. AIMS receives around 5000 to 6000 candidates each year and only a few hundred can make it to join AIMS.

Yes, AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies provide scholarship in excess of 100% to the warrants for high academic performance. The institute is offering entire fee exemption to the students as per their graduation or entrance examination with 90% marks and above. Furthermore, students securing 85 percentage or above in graduation or entrance exam are offered 50% off on the tuition fee. The institute also provides scholarship for the students in the form of an up to 20 percent reduction of tuition fee for those students who have had a percentage of 80 and above in their previous studies or their entrance exams. About 5-10% of students at AIMS get full scholarships and approximately 20-25% of the students get scholarships of any kind.
