If a candidate belongs to the General Category, he/she should aim for at least 700+, and in the case of a reserved category, a candidate should aim for at least 675+. This is with regard to marks. AIIMS Delhi provides a broad range of BSc, BSc (Hons) and PB BSc Nursing courses to students. The qualification required to pursue different BSc courses at AIIMS Delhi is as follows:

• For BSc (Hons) Nursing: Candidates must have completed their Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate (General/ OBC (NCL)/EWS categories). Those who belong to SC/ST categories must have scored at least 50% aggregate. For all categories, the set of subjects in Class 12 must be English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
• For B.Optometry, Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology, BSc. in Dental Operating Room Assistant, BSc in Dental Hygiene and BSc in Operation Theatre Technology: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with 50% aggregate (General/ OBC (NCL)/EWS categories).
