If a candidate belongs to the General Category, he/she should aim for at least 700+, and in the case of a reserved category, a candidate should aim for at least 675+. This is with regard to marks. In case the candidate wishes to know the same percentile-wise, he/she must score above 99 percentile to secure admission to AIIMS Delhi. Until 2020, students with 650+ score were able to get admission to MBBS at AIIMS Delhi, but the competition has been rising every year.

Nursing programmes offered by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, including BSc (Hons.) Nursing and BSc Nursing (Post-Basic). On March 12, 2024, the AIIMS BSc Nursing 2024 final registration and code generating process got underway. On March 5, 2024 (basic registration), the AIIMS BSc Nursing 2024 application procedure for the academic session 2024–25 opened. The basic registration period ended on April 26, 2024, at 5 PM. Concurrently, April 30, 2024 (up to 5 PM) was the deadline for final registration and code production for the AIIMS BSc Nursing exam. AIIMS will conduct AIIMS BSc Nursing (Hons.) on June 8 and 9, 2024 and BSc (post basic) exam on July 6, 2024 in online mode.

At AIIMS Delhi, the overall cost of pursuing an MBBS degree is extremely low- usually less than INR 6,000 for the full 5.5. year program. A one-time admission fee of INR 5,000 to INR 6,000 is required for all students, in addition to a daily charge of RS 35 for the first 10 days of the program. Furthermore, there are small fees for professional exams, laundry, mess, and dormitory amenities.
