In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under General category for all India quota was 37730. In 2022, it decreased to 2783. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 82172 to 6406 for OBC, 120246 to 29315 for SC, 140451 to 70278 for ST, 37730 to 3981 for EWS and 482746 to 202409 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for medical education in India continues to grow.
