AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India, and admission to the college is based on the performance in the AIIMS entrance exam. The eligibility criteria for the exam requires candidates to have passed the 12th standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in English Physics Chemistry and Biology. Since you have scored 45 in Chemistry which is lower than the required minimum aggregate marks, you may not be eligible to appear for the AIIMS entrance exam. However, you can consider rewriting the 12th standard exam to improve your Chemistry score and meet the eligibility criteria for the exam. You can contact the concerned board (e. g. CBSE ISC etc. ). To know the details about the supplementary or improvement exams. Generally, the supplementary exams are conducted a few months after the regular board exams, and the registration process is similar to the regular exams. You can also check the official website of the respective board for more information on the supplementary exams. Once you improve your Chemistry score and meet the eligibility criteria, you can appear for the AIIMS entrance exam. It's important to note that the AIIMS entrance exam is highly competitive, and you need to prepare well to secure a good rank and increase your chances of getting admission to the college.
