Yes, you can be eligible. The final year students appearing in 10+2 exam in year 2019 are eligible to write the AIIMS exam.

The candidate should have taken the NEET UG. Candidates who qualify the NEET UG have to go for NEET counselling:
Visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee. Click on New Registration. Enter the required details. A new roll number and password will be generated. Use these credentials to register for NEET counselling. Log on to the Medical Counselling Committee website and click on Candidate Login. Enter your roll number and password. You will be directed to a new page where you have to enter personal details. After successful registration, you will have to pay the counselling fee online. The total counselling fee is 6,000 INR for central universities. You will then have to submit your preferences by filling in your choices, based on your scores. Admission is given on the basis of merit. Once you are done, enter your password and lock choices. You cannot make any changes after locking your choices. Keep a printout of the locked choices for future reference. After each round of counselling, the MCC releases seat allotment results. Candidates have to report to the allotted college with the allotment letter and other documents to finish the admission process.
15% of the seats are All-India Quota seats. Seats left vacant after two rounds of counselling will be adjusted in the mop-up round. The following documents are required at the time of reporting:
NEET admit card
NEET 2020 result/rank letter
Class 10 and 12 pass certificates and marksheets
Eight passport size photographs, the same as the one on the application form
NEET seat allotment letter
Proof of identity (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport or driving licence)

Madhya Pradesh have various Medical and Dental colleges having thousands of MBBS and BDS seats. NEET 2020 pass out candidates will get 85% seats in MP medical colleges under the state quota and rest 15% seats will be given to the students who score more or equal marks to the All India Cut off 2020.
The qualified NEET applicants can fill the application form online to get admission under the MP state seat quota. To get admission under the state quota, the candidate must have a domicile of Madhya Pradesh where as for admission under the All India Quota, no domicile of the state is required. The application form of MP MBBS 2020 state quota is expected to release in October 2020.
The last date for online registrations of MP MBBS 2020 will be available soon. You can write both exams. If you want to get a seat in aims institute you can write aims exam but the seats are limited If you want to get seat in all over India you can write neet. It is your wish you can attempt aims or neet or both.
