There are many institutions which don't have restrictions of entrance exams for an online MBA like WeSchool, NMIMS. You can get in to these B-Schools without any entrance exam. Just pay the fee and you are in but you need to be eligible. Eligi

Yes, you can have a scribe to write the exam but first the university will analyse the real problem with your handwriting then exam department will decide whether scribe should be allowed or not.
