I would say it is Karunya.Once you study in Karunya, you will not be just a degree holder but also a nice person. The daily assembly sessions make you motivated and feel good. It contains inspiring and motivating stuff. I don’t think you could find such kind of good thing anywhere else.Academics- Academics here is made in such a way that you will automatically study well, when one internal goes another has come when you finish that one the next one is in queue. When you finish that it’s time for semester exam. Since most of the questions is in exam comes from what is taught in class it is not a big thing to pass. However at the end, you will have the desired knowledge as its syllabus is similar to top ranked institutes from India. Many students from here goes to study PG abroad that too in worlds best 100 universities. Karunya was ranked 44th just behind the IIT, s and NIIT, s in National Instittutional refrence Frame Work ranking 2016 done by Ministry of Human Resource Development for Engineering education. It is name is well recognised abroad and in India. One good thing here is that there is good infrastructure, I see many students from the nearby as well as from the university you mentioned come here for project related work. It’s Labs are well-equipped and upto the standards. what I have seen is that they don’t advertise such things much. Its campus is situated in a cool and calm area. Its atomospher is peacefull. It is refreshning to walk through the sides of trees that are groomed and well maintained. One reason I chose PG here is mainly for its affordability, value for money was higher here. For the fee you pay you get the fair good quality education. There is North and South mess. Mess food that good you may have fat belly if you don’t go for playing here. Hostels are neat and well maintained. If you come here for studying and building your career, you have a good library with plenty of books in each area of study as well good number of faculty with PhDs. You can use the library till 10.45 pm.Placement is not as astonishing except for IT companies. Off course if you have the right knowledge, finding a job will not be a hardship for you.It has good grounds and other sports equipment’s. It is really fun to play cricket, football, Tennis, or just go and sit in the ground watching the sunset in the evening. The beautiful view of mountains and fog getting down from the mountains is really a seen you miss once you pass out form here.Yes it is situated a little far from Coimbatore City, but there is nothing that is not available near the campus. Amrita is also a reputed institution, I have not visited there campus but it is worth visiting those campuses and join the university which you like the most.Hope it helps.
