Yes you can take admission into BTech without TNEA but you have to meet the eligibility criteria that is 50% marks but in BE the counselling is only through TNEA

It's depends on the course in some courses you can get direct admission and for some you have given the TNEA exam also if you meet te basic eligibility criteria as in 10+2 with 45% aggregate minimum score.
