AFMC MBBS 2021 Application Form will be released from the second week of May 2021. Armed Force Medical College (AFMC), Pune does not conduct its separate entrance exam to offer admission in MBBS courses. To get admission to AFMC MBBS, candidates will have to appear NEET (UG) exam. Selected candidates will also need to attempt ToELR (test of English language, comprehension, logic reasoning) which will be conducted by AFMC. This is a national-level admission procedure that is conducted every year. Final admission will be done based on NEET and ToELR scores. Selection Criteria: Final admission is based on the scores obtained in AFMC Entrance Exam 2021. Note: Over 50% of seats are reserved for candidates under the All India Quota. Candidates who have passed MBBS from the state of Jammu and Kashmir and Erstwhile Andhra Pradesh are not eligible for 50% All India Quota.

The college provides training to under-graduate and post-graduate medical and nursing students with assured career prospects in the defence services. The institute is presently affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and is recognised by the MCI for conducting undergraduate and various post graduate medical courses. Students have compulsory liability to serve as Commissioned Officers in the Armed Forces Medical Services. The offer of the type of commission will depend on the vacancies available. The candidates' parents/ guardians are required to sign a bond agreement at the time of admission. So from above, you will get commission after completion of your PG course from AFMC.

Hi Ankita, The previous year (2019) cut off of AFMC for girls was 610 marks on 720. As the NEET 2020 was comparitively easy the cut off will increase.
