Most of the instructors possess more than one degree and, at times, years of industry experience that enhances the academic environment. They tend to use different teaching approaches that make learning interesting and result-oriented. Faculty is regarded for being approachable, very supportive, and would sometimes take the students to industries and workshops for an insight into the practical experience. The positive outcome that stems from faculty's commitment towards student success would be academic and professional development for students.

Employment placements of graduates have been recorded as being placed in top most companies of India which includes HCL, Infosys, and Wipro etc. On-campus, off-campus placement processes also are followed, and during these procedures, it is typically found that nearly half students are placed. Salary from INR 2.4 LPA to INR 5 LPA is recorded. Only some of the students find the highest paid offers. The college placement team operates regular training to better suit the students for industry jobs.
