AMIE and B.Tech regular part time are the best options for up gradation of qualifications. Anyone course can be done along with the job. However AICTE approved Part time regular B.Tech colleges are very less in India.

Hi
To get admission into BA, you need to pass in 10+2 and in most of the colleges in India, there is no such provision for direct entry into second year of BA for diploma holders of Electronics. You need class 12 marksheet with passing grades to get admission in a BA program.
You can apply for B.A after completing your diploma as diploma is equivalent to 12th. You can also choose professional course rather than B.A or the best option is to do graduation in the stream which you have already study in your Diploma.
Hence, first selection should be of a good college which is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you. Added to this, well equipped labs and library. Exposure of the students to the world market and a wide platform for the student to deal with the world level activities is a must.
Browse some good colleges like LPU which gives best academic support along with the best scholarships also the Covid scholarships to aid education at such grim times.
You can check Lady Sri Ram College which is also good for BA.
