Dear Pulkit,
I would suggest you to visit all three campuses and decide for yourself. However, I can give you some insights of Aryabhatta College. Aryabhatta College is the youngest college is Delhi University, however that is not the case with its faculty. There faculty here is really good and have good amount of experience.
The college campus is pretty clean and the infrastructure is one of the best amongst other colleges of Delhi University because the building has been recently built. The environment is quite motivating and the students are working really hard to build a good reputation for the college. For instance, in a short span of two years, more than 10 societies have been formed and they are functioning quite well.
The college shares it's campus with Ram Lal Anand College. There are two canteens on the campus and food is pretty decent and quite cheap. The crowd is really good in comparison to the other Mentioned college.
The college is located in the South Campus along with colleges like Motilal Nehru, Venkateswara and ARSD. The closest hangout point is the very famous Satya Niketan where you can spend your days and never get bored. I would urge you to check out the colleges and choose in accordance with your convenience.
