Dear Venkat,
PPL is only for hobby flyers and not for career. In case, you are looking for a career in aviation as pilot, you should be enrolling for a CPL program.

If you are pursuing CPL course abroad, you will have to get the foreign licence converted to Indian CPL to get placed. It is always opined by many and advisable to obtain Indian CPL by doing a course in India as it is faster and economical.

Dear Himani,
You can take up Private Pilot Licence provided you intend to take it up for the sake of hobby only as PPL will not help you to become a professional pilot.
