The eligibility criteria for entry into the course for attainment commercial pilot license is twelve with physics and maths. In view of this even if the academy is conducting an entrance exam you should not be worried. This is so since the syllabus will definitely be of equivalent to twelve examinations. Usually, no private flying schools conduct any entrance exams for CPL trainees. IGRUA and NFTI do conduct such entrance exams.
As far as APFT Academy is concerned they do conduct an APFT test the details of which should be available on their webpage. You may directly contact the admin department of the flying school you are interested to fly with. They shall guide you with proper instructions to enroll for this training course.
