{Source: M.Sc. students & alumni}Here's what current students and alumni have to say:* Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is well-designed and well-developed, with good classrooms, hostels, and libraries. However, some students mention that the WiFi speed is slow, making it challenging for working on big data tasks.* Faculty: Teachers are generally helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. They have a strong foundation in their subjects and communicate effectively with students.* Course Curriculum: While the course covers essential topics, some students think that the curriculum needs updates to prepare students for the industry. They suggest that the course structure is somewhat outdated.* Placements: Almost all students get placed, with a high package of INR7 Lacs and an average package of INR5 lakhs. Top companies like Mayu participate in placements, and internship opportunities are also available.* Industry Exposure: The college provides exposure to the film industry, with several renowned artists and professionals serving as faculty members. This helps students gain hands-on experience and valuable connections.Overall, while AAFT may have its limitations, it offers a solid education in Data Science, with good infrastructure, knowledgeable faculty, and decent placement records. However, students and alumni emphasize the importance of self-reliance and continuous learning to succeed in the competitive industry.Keep in mind that individual experiences may vary, and it's crucial to research and weigh pros and cons carefully when considering pursuing an M.Sc. degree at AAFT.

{Source: UG Diploma students & alumni}Based on student reviews and feedback, here's a summary of the pros and cons:Infrastructure and Facilities: * Excellent infrastructure with modern classrooms, labs, and Wi-Fi connectivity. * Good canteen and mess facilities. * Limited library resources, especially for certain courses (e.g., Data Science). * No sports, medical, or game facilities.Teaching Quality: * Mixed bag - some teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable, while others are unhelpful and egoistic. * Traditional teaching methods hinder practical application and industry-readiness. * Some teachers leave the college frequently, affecting continuity.Placement and Career Opportunities: * Placement record varies across courses - some have a higher success rate than others. * Average salary packages range from INR20,000 to INR90,000 per month. * Few top-tier companies recruit, and most offers come from smaller firms. * Students often rely on their own skills and networking to secure jobs.Overall Value: * Budget-friendly fee structure. * Course relevance and curriculum could improve. * Industry connections and network-building opportunities are limited. * Not all faculty members have industry experience or up-to-date knowledge. While AAFT has some strengths, such as excellent infrastructure and a decent teaching quality, its weaknesses in terms of placement records, outdated curriculum, and lack of industry connections might raise concerns about the return on investment for students. We recommend researching further and weighing these factors carefully before making a decision.

While the placement cell claims to secure jobs for all interested students, the reality appears to be different. According to some students' reviews:* All students who are genuinely interested in getting placed receive 100% placement assistance.* The placement cell conducts many interviews with reputed media houses, trying to place every student in reputed firms.* Some students have received job offers in renowned organizations, such as ABP Network, with decent salaries ranging from INR5 Lacs Per Annum (LPA) to INR6 LPA.However, others have reported that the placement cell faces challenges in placing all students, especially in certain courses where the demand is lower. One student mentioned that the placement numbers are "below average" in some courses, indicating that not all students may find employment immediately after graduation.Despite these limitations, the placement cell seems to make a sincere effort to assist students in finding suitable jobs. {Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}Success Rate of Placement Cell in Securing Jobs for B.Sc. Students at AAFTBased on student reviews and feedback, here's an analysis of the success rate of the placement cell in securing jobs for B.Sc. students:* Limited Industry Connections: The placement cell has no experience in the data Science field, and the previous batch of PG Diploma holders didn't receive sufficient assistance from them. This indicates a lack of connections in the industry, which may hinder the placement process.* False Promises: During admission, the college promised visits from Microsoft and Wattpad companies, but these claims were untrue. This raises concerns about the accuracy of information provided by the college regarding placements.* Need for Improvement: While the placement cell requires improvement, the course curriculum seems to be good, allowing students to develop skills in handling data.* Industry-readiness: Faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful, and the course curriculum is made keeping industry requirements in mind, making students somewhat industry-ready.In conclusion, while the placement cell faces challenges, particularly in terms of limited industry connections and false promises, it appears that the college emphasizes developing industry-ready skills in its students. However, more effort is required to improve the placement outcomes for B.Sc. students.
