5 years ago I've got 94 rank in Assam CEE 2019 and also belong to OBC (NCL) category. Can I get a seat at Assam Engineering College, Guwahati?

Yes, with such good marks you have a very high chance to get in JEC but you may also get in AEC. I suggest you to keep your preferred branch in mind and pick the right college.
