Our college has good faculty members, but I am not satisfied with placements.

Placements: Our college had not provided proper internships and placements for students. Only a few students got placed in MNCs.

It is one of the waste college with poor faculty.

Placements: 10-20 % are placed during placements, most probably companies offered are for computer Science engineering and information technology. When comparing with other colleges about placements it is some what better. There are no companies for civil engineering and mechanical engineering.

I suggest you that don't pursue B. Tech because your 4 years of time will be wasted.

Placements: There are no placements in our college. Only BPO or chat processing companies visit here for placements. If you have the knowledge, then you opt to write GATE exam and pursue M.Tech. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 2 LPA. ECIL and DRDO are the main government companies which offer internships. I suggest you that do something in which you have an interest.

Review of Aurora's Scientific,Technological & Research Academy.

Placements: I am from 2015 batch from ECE course. There are about 120 students in each stream. Among them, about 60-70% of the students got placed in companies like Infosys, TCS, Cyient, etc. The salary package offered ranges between 3-6 LPA. They will offer good packages, and many companies visit our college for placements.

Our college provides the best infrastructure but does not maintain well.

Placements: Our college did not provide any placements until now. However, there were placements in our college from a small BPO company. Our college doesn't have good tie-ups with any development companies. Since there is an academics degradation of students, there are few placements.

Overall, our college is very good, but I am expecting it to be much better in future.

Placements: As per this year, many students got selected through on-campus placement drives. Nearly 20 companies such as Sutherland Global Services, IBM, Amazon, Dark Horse, NTT Data, Winborough, etc., visited our college for placements. I expect many more companies to visit the campus in the future. It will be better if many companies visit our college. On-campus placements would be better for students because pool campus drives are very difficult to clear as thousands of students participate in interviews...

The college is good as it is near the city.

Placements: The placement rate of our college is 60%, but not any MNCs and BPO companies visit the college. Banks and customer service companies offer placements to students. Companies like Asian Paints, VDPO, ADP, Flipkart, Amazon, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Genpact, Aptronix, SBI, Karur, Dhanlaxmi, Dena Bank, TCS, Infosys, Swiggy, Zomato, IDBI, and many others visited the campus to offer placements.

Overall, the college is average because of the lack of faculty.

Placements: Most of the placements are related to BPO profiles. Companies like Amazon, Genpact, Southerlands, etc., visit the college for placements. In 2016, we hardly saw 2-3 companies such as Broadcom, interviewing for technical positions but selected only 1 student in our college among all the students of Aurora Group of Institutions.

This is very Good college because of faculty and facilities provided by the college.

Placements: Apart from facilitating placement opportunities, the college training for placement team is engaged in training for fourth and third year students on arithmetic and soft skills. For the next academic year, the training and placement cell is heading forward to begin the specialised training for all the students right from first year to final year of B.Tech programme in the Aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability and softskill with the help of professional trainers. This would not only be use...

Very less technical placements in 2016.

Placements: There will be number of opportunities for voice process placements. Technical MNC placements will be less and will have high competition. Student can attend placement of any MNC coming to any of the Aurora group of college. Every placement will offer decent acceptable package.

A good college with good faculty and placements, but dissatisfied with its infrastructure.

Placements: Few placements are provided which are related to my stream, but many companies related to CSE and ECE branches come to our college. Many job mela programs are held in my college. Most of the government companies participate in it like BHEL, BDL, DRDL, etc. The college conducts regular placement drives. Many workshops are conducted for students to gain experience for interviews. Recently, my college organised a job mela, more than 1000 people participated in it.

Really great college to join which has experienced faculty, spacious classrooms and labs.

Placements: Our college has very good placements but almost all are for non it roles, around 30% student's were placed in my batch. The highest package was 3.6LPA and the lowest package was 1.2LPA. Companies like Sutherland's, c3i, Amazon, edu robo, hcl,. Etc. Visited our campus for placements. Very less students got internship from college, we used to separately go for internships by taking college permission. Stipends during internships were around 3-4k per month for all who did internship. We have a good...

Satisfactory because of Some faculty who actively taking part to uplifts the department.

Placements: There is a placement assistant in our college but those are not much useful to the students. Because most of the companies only recruiting for like BPO, tele calling customer service etc. No placements related to respective department. The percentage is not upto to the expectations which maintain constant every year.

I suggest, please don't prefer this college.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark, and they need to improve a lot in placement cell. Only a few companies visit the college and that to BPOs. If that company selects the person, at last, they will not provide the offer letter as it happened to some of my friends with Sutherland company.

Not upto the Mark. Not worth the time.

Placements: Placements are the main back drop of this college. Most of the companies been visited to this college are not of the course we are doing. Most are of call center's or BPO's. This may depend on college reputation. Most of the companies would offer 10k and max of 14k. And the job shifts where all rotational and most where during nights.

It is worth getting into this college. Placements in 2017 is huge. There are good faculty.

Placements: When compared to the past 4 to 5 years of placements, this year, a huge number of students are being placed in MNCs, banking sectors, etc. Salary packages are quite average when we take it into consideration. The top salary package is 5.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.8 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Genpact, Libsys, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. visited our college this year for placement. Our college supports us to undergo many internships (paid and non-paid) to develop the interpersonal relationship an...
