B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2023

As per college placements, all students are selected in various companies.
Placements: Our batch 2019-2023 is a good batch for unity in the college and for some other extracurricular activities. About 30 members are placed in various companies like Wipro and Genpact. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA and students are happy about their college.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in our college and lab facilities. The library is the coolest place on our campus. They encourage sports to participate in all events and support for the best for students as a teacher.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are the most qualified teachers and they are so helpful for semester exams by educating students, conducting slip tests, and giving questions to students. They are loved by students and help to get the pass percentage.
Other: I am an electronics student because I like electronics and communication since childhood. Aurora College believes me that they are good and supportive. They also conduct festivals and celebrations for the students' enjoyment.

I am satisfied with the college. I hope the college should provide better placements for juniors.
Placements: A decent number of students join the college. Hardly 2 companies visited our campus to hire students for the software field, and other companies visit and hire students for BPO field. College provides decent salaries, but sometimes they take 3-5 months to pay the salaries to faculty members. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. All students apply for an off-campus internship.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available in our college. There are good labs and library. The best thing is rooms are spacious and ventilated, but the college should change the canteen menu. They should provide more student activity periods. The playground has to be renovated, and it should provide a new coach. In the library, it should add more editions and interesting books.
Faculty: Faculty members teaching quality is good except 2 or 3 in each department. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does n't make the students industry-ready. They should explain and show practical things properly to the students.
Other: I have chosen this course so that I can either jump to software or hardware field. I wish the college should provide practical knowledge for students. Our college is best for organising events and workshops.

I was absolutely dissatisfied with the management and infrastructure.
Placements: Our college provides placements every year. Most of the companies offer call centre jobs, so most of the students don't like to join in those companies. Our college doesn't provide internships. The highest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: There is no proper infrastructure in our college, and also there is no parking shed for bikes. Our college doesn't have a proper parking area and playground. Wi-Fi facility is available, but its signal strength is low. The library is good, but there will be no proper maintenance. However, a variety of books will be available in it. Labs are not good as only very less number of equipment is available. There is no hostel in our college.
Faculty: Teaching faculty members here are well qualified, and with the help of faculty members only, we are going forward successfully in exams. But our college is not offering proper salaries to staff members, so most of them are leaving. The course curriculum is very good, and it will help students to study easily.
Other: I was interested in electronics and communication, so I chose this group. I think ECE is a hybrid group, so our college should provide more workshops and industry visits. Every year our college organises a national fest named Borealis.

The college is good in studies but placements are not good enough.
Placements: The placements are not that much. 15 thousand is the lowest salary offered.
Infrastructure: The campus and infrastructure are good. I never went to the hostel as it is far away from the college. The classrooms are big and sports are not conducted frequently. Open Wi-Fi is available everywhere in college to access the internet. Labs do not have enough equipment when 40 students come at the same time.
Faculty: The professors are well trained. The teaching quality is good. The teachers are helpful. If we have any doubts we can contact them or we can personally meet them in their staff rooms. The college has qualified teachers. We can contact any teacher when we want we can contact to other branch teachers also.
