The quality of food served in the B M Group of Institutions hostel mess is fairly decent as hygiene and nutrition are focused. The mess offers choices between vegetarian and nonvegetarian food items, which implies that the diverse tastes of the people can be met. Rice, chapati, vegetables, dal, and special dishes on specific days are usually included in the menu. Cleaning and food safety are ensured through regular inspections. While the food is basic and homely, feedback mechanisms allow students to suggest improvements. Some students may find the menu repetitive, but overall, it meets the needs of residents for a healthy and balanced diet.

B M Group of Institutions usually opens admissions in the course of its academic sessions, based on individual course and intake schedules. Admission to undergraduate programs like B.E./B.Tech is generally in sync with the performance in entrance examinations like JEE Main or, as the case may be, state-level exams. Admissions to Diploma and postgraduate courses are also in line with their respective timelines. Checking the official website or seeking more information from the admissions office regarding the current status of admission, deadlines to file, and seat availability for that particular programme is advisable. Applying early ensures the securing of a seat and asking about possible scholarship opportunities that can also be opened.
