The admission is based on the merit of the previous qualifying exam, such as PUC or 10+2 for integrated LLB, and graduation for three-year LLB. However, the college also conducts its own entrance test called BMSCLAT for some seats, which is optional for the candidates. The eligibility criteria for admission are as follows:For integrated LLB (BA-LLB or B.Com-LLB), the candidate must have passed PUC or 10+2 examination from a recognised board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate. The age limit for general category candidates is 20 years and for SC/ST candidates is 22 years as on June.For three-year LLB, the candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 45% marks in aggregate. The age limit for general category candidates is 30 years and for SC/ST candidates is 35 years.
