Shall I pursue CSE from Calcutta Institute of Engineering and Management or ECE from B. P. Poddar Institute?

I got 33172 general rank WBJEE 2018. Can I get B.Tech CSE through counselling in B.P Poddar?

Sorry to say, but with just 81 marks there are no colleges that will give you admission to CSE branch.
However, you can try for private colleges that offer admission based on class 12th percentage.
