Hi Manish,
To be specific, there is no difference between these two. PGPBM is the degree that will be given by the college and the MBA degree by Vidyasagar University.

The difference is simple. In PGBM, you have to attend regular classes till your final placement and you will do a summer internship before that but in PGPIBM you get to work while studying. after 6 months you will do an apprenticeship

BIBS promise 100% placements. If you look at the past, every student with 75% and above attendance got placed. There are more than 60 companies coming in every year. So, the opportunities are huge but you must keep 75% attendance.

BIBS has lower cut-off in CAT at around 60-65 Percentile, but the college has ever average placements and not much Lucrative Opportunities. Overall, it is decent if you are satisfied with low salaries.
