    Pros:

    * Good education: The college provides a good education with experienced faculties, relevant coursework, and decent pass percentages (around 85-90%).
    * Placements: While the placement record isn't exceptional, many students do get placed, and the average salary packages offered are around 2-3 Lacs per annum.
    * Infrastructure: The college has modern infrastructure, including well-equipped laboratories, classrooms, and a library.
    * Campus life: Students praise the college's campus life, with regular events, sports facilities, and a relatively peaceful environment.
    * Value for money: With affordable fees (Rs. 6,000) compared to other colleges, B.Com at Bhadrak Autonomous College seems like a good investment for those interested in pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

    Cons:

    * Placement challenges: Although some students get placed, others struggle to secure jobs, and the college doesn't have a dedicated placement cell.
    * Limited industry connections: Students mentioned that companies like TATA and Birla don't regularly recruit from the college, limiting opportunities for internships and job placement.
    * Some issues with hostel facilities: While the hostel is generally considered good, some students reported issues with cleanliness, food quality, and availability of rooms.

Overall, while B.Com at Bhadrak Autonomous College may not offer exceptional placements, it seems to provide a solid education, decent infrastructure, and a pleasant campus life, making it a worthwhile investment for those seeking a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

It is a good college for education, but it does not provide good placements.
Placements: In our college, few students are placed. Top recruiting companies visit our campus. It is an autonomous college, but no good hiring companies come for placements. The education system is too good, but not for placements.
Infrastructure: Our hostel provides excellent facilities. Many rooms are available. Rooms accommodate more than 1500 students. A huge library was available. The quality of the food is good. A huge playground and a basketball court are available. The canteen is good. It is a good college.
Faculty: Our teachers are good. They are well-qualified. The teaching quality is excellent. The question papers are average. The pass percentage is 85%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a CA. The best thing about this course is that it is very easy to understand. For women's safety, a van is available.

    Good placements in 2020, .
Placements: Above 90% of students are placed. 2LPA is the highest, and 30TPA is the lowest average package. So many big companies have come to our college, like TATA and Birla. Our college is averagely good if someone wants to study and enjoy their life they can quickly join our college.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good, not very good or significantly worse so you can adjust for at least three years on campus, people are beneficial and kind out here, canteen is also neat and clean but most of the time canteen remains closed. But, still, it doesn't have a problem, and we also have sports facilities.
Faculty: Yes, everything is average; semester exams are tough. 30% is the passing percentage, and most students don't study, so they fail in the semester; the students who study carefully and attend daily classes can quickly clear all the semesters. Yes, the course curriculum makes the students industry ready.

B.Com at Bhadrak Autonomous College .
Placements: There were 300 students in my course, and only 5-10% of them were placed. The top companies that recruited were SBI, ICICI, and other similar companies. The top roles were bank manager and management officer.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are well-built and clean. The only problem is that the labs are not up to the mark. Wi-Fi is available in the library, which is a good place to study and read. The college provides hostels for both boys and girls with a good environment and hygiene. The food is good and hygienic, the rooms are good, and medical facilities are available in each department. Sports and games are conducted quarterly.
Faculty: The teachers and faculty are very helpful and qualified. They have a lot of knowledge and are very good at teaching. Their teaching is enough to get good knowledge and marks. The curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry ready. The semesters are quite reasonable and easy if we study well. The passing percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because I love economics and the best thing about this course is it helps us in learning so many valuable things and other meaningful things in life. I wish there were practical and other activities included it would become more interesting to study.

This college is the best for B.Com course.
Placements: Nearly 30% of students were placed. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Shopperstops, Vedant, etc. Around 10% of students got internships and the remaining students were highly ambitious so they did not apply for internships but they opt for higher studies. Top roles were offered in the finance and marketing fields.
Infrastructure: The commerce block of our college was well-furnished with Wi-Fi and a library. The hostel facility was good in comparison to the hostel of other colleges. The food quality was good. Medical facilities were available on campus. Every year, annual functions were conducted in our college and many games were played.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and all of them were Ph.D. scholars. Their teaching quality was very excellent. This course is a gateway to the finance world. Our course curriculum made students industry-ready. Semester exams were not difficult. If students study well then they can score good marks. The pass percentage was around 90%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. The best thing about this course was that it provides in-depth knowledge from teachers. There were some practical orientations so students can perform well in their corporate life. The annual function was held in January.

The faculty are good, placement is poor but infrastructure is good and also sports games are good.
Placements: The placement in our college is very poor. The college does not provide industry-ready skills for placement, and does not provide internships. The college only focuses on theoretical knowledge, not practical knowledge. The highest salary in our batch was 4.50 LPA, the average was 3 LPA, and the lowest was 2.50 LPA. Some companies that hired from our college are Reliance, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Muthoot Finance, Bajaj Finance, and L&T Finance. No one in our course did an internship. The job roles that students got were Relationship Manager and Associate.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure at this college are good. The hostel infrastructure is good, but the food quality is not good, and the medical facilities are not good. However, the games and sports facilities are good.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, and the teachers are well qualified. However, the course curriculum is not relevant for industry readiness, as it focuses only on theoretical knowledge, not practical experience. The difficulty level of the semester exams is average, and the pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I chose this college because it is in my own district and is an autonomous college. The best thing about this course is that it provides knowledge in business and accounting. However, I wish the course had provided skills for industry readiness, and that the college had focused on practical as well as theoretical knowledge. On the plus side, the college provides the best events, fests, campus crowd, scholarships, and extracurricular activities.
