Usually cut off of this course gets upto 90 percent in Bharti college .
Even if you are in any reserved category then still chances are almost negligible .If you are in ST/SC category then in 5 or 6 cutoff you can have any chance then otherwis

No, you can't get a seat in DU because of the cut-off which will not be less than 90 percent.

No, there is no compulsion. Maths can be an elective subject as well. It depends on the graduate college you are applying.
