Students can certainly apply for the programme at Birla Institute of Management Technology with a score of 60% in their graduation. However, selection to the course is done on the basis of score obtained by the applicants in entrance tests plus PI and Extempore rounds conducted by the institue.

The students who place top and second on the TGPA list receive this scholarship. This grant is available to qualified students in all courses for each term, up to the fourth. However, students need to pass the exam on their first try in order to be eligible for the BIMTECH Late G.D. Birla Academic Scholarship.
