Yes, there is. Dont worry about facilities BIMTECH is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. Even microwave, vending machine everything is available in the hostel on all floors.

Yes, a shuttle bus runs daily between Delhi and BIMTECH. it leaves for Delhi in morning and returns back to BIMTECH by evening.
