According to your caste, cut off is around 74 and you didn't cross your cut off. So, I think you should try for next attempt.

You can get admission in BIT Sindri, if you have performed well in JEE Mains entrance examination. As admission is done via JEE Mains score and ranks. Also, you need to pass your intermediate board exam also to be eligible.
