OBC - NCL candidates are treated as general candidates in BIT Mesra.
5 years ago Bit mesara mein obc NCL ke liye seat hoti hai ya nahi. ( bit Jaipur, Patna, Deoghar etc. ). My JEE Main rank in obc NCL is 132520.

No, you are not eligible for M.Tech from BIT K R Puram without appearing in GATE exam. Admission in this college is done through GATE ranking, which will create problems for you to get admission. Best of luck.
