No, Hindi doesn't count in the best four subjects. It's your stream subject which makes your result.

Take any subject but along with it you have to start solving question banks. If you do B.Sc in agriculture then you will be benefitted with special seat in banks.

kindly check the seat matrix available at the official website of COMEDK. you have a fair chance of getting ee, mech, civil in these colleges. getting e&c is a little bit difficult.
