For better prediction you have to mentioned your category also. The last year highest closing rank in general category for general merit in extended round-2 were 1052 for Govt aided and 1416 for unaided seats. Hence your chances are very less.

According to the merit list, I do not think 92 is enough for top colleges. However, you can wait for COMEDK for the second round.

See, the fee structure of this college is not too high, you have to pay yearly around 1.25 lakhs plus hostel charges if you opt for that and in the management quota, you have to pay 1-2 lakhs one-time extra fee.

I will suggest you to go for BMSCE College for Bachelor of architecture degree. It has a very good infrastructure, experienced faculties and good placement scenario. So go for it without any hesitation. Best of luck.

Yes, you may have a chance with 106 marks in NATA, but your class 12th score may be a little lower. Average NATA cut off in BMS is 105/200 in NATA.
