Yes, you can write COMEDK examination again without writing boards but you have to drop 1 year if you are selected.
6 years ago I got 198 mark in JEE 2 & 5510 rank in OBC. I didn't attend NATA. Architecture state rank is 1213. Will I get seat in BMS College,Bangalore?

BMS College will not be available for that rank. You may try East West School of Architecture, BGSSAP or SJBSAP.
