for CS I would say go for BMS because the department is amazing and also the placements are very good .
Last year highest package in BMS was 17lac

Yes it is autonomous and syllabus is pretty good not that tough. Management quota fees may depending on the branch you select

Go for RV college of engineering, as this is the best for mech in Bangalore. For hostel facilities contact the respective college departments.

Your rank would be near 7000 to 8000 but cutoff is for all three branches is below that (nearly 2k -3k) ,but if have category or sports certificate there is a chance

Placements are good, more than 70% got placed. Around 25 Students got placed in core company. No matter which college you take, salary for mechanical students are low.
