Hello Aksath Singh, your ranking in Andhra Pradesh entrance exam is indeed quite good. I am sure with this ranking you will get admission in the college and the branch of your desire. However the rules regarding free seats keep changing. Hence you need to keep track with the website of directorate of technical education of the state of Andhra Pradesh for any new announcement for this. The 70% of B.Tech admissions in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering are based on entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.
While the 5% seats are for NRIs and remaining 25% seats from JEE Main or EAMCET ranks holders.
