{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Effectiveness of Placement Cell for BE/B.Tech Courses at CDLUBased on student reviews and feedback, here's an assessment of the effectiveness of the placement cell for BE/B.Tech courses at CDLU:* Limited scope: According to students, the placement cell works mainly for certain branches, leaving out others, including Civil Engineering.* Few placements: Many students reported that only a few students from their batch got placed, mostly in small companies.* Low salary packages: The average salary package offered was around INR3.20 LPA, which may not be competitive compared to other colleges.* No internships: Unfortunately, students didn't receive any internship opportunities from the college.* Placement cell limitations: Some students mentioned that the placement cell wasn't very active or effective, leading to limited placement opportunities. However, it's worth noting that nearly 60-70% of students reportedly got placed every year, with the number increasing gradually. In summary, while the placement cell at CDLU shows promise, its effectiveness is limited due to factors such as limited scope, few placements, and relatively low salary packages.
