Based on the rank you obtained in TS EAMCET you can get the following engineering branches under the asked category.
1. Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad (CSE)
2. CBIT, Hyderabad (Chemical& Biotech)
3. Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad (CSE).

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Science And Technology is one of the top engineering college in the Telangana and it is ranked mostly top 3 in TS EAMCET colleges and around 7 among all colleges including the nits and IITS. The seat process in this college is based on 2 types one is through EAMCET and other is through JEE Main and IPE score. For the b category there will be a notification in local newspapers during the time of regular EAMCET counselling. And, there will be a separate counselling for these people. The JEE rank expected for your percentile based on my experience is nearly 90k to 100k so it is hard to get into this college also into the core branches like CSE ECE EEE as they have huge competition and getting into these branches you need to have some good caste reservation with high rank or some low rank around 25k so you have little chances to get in to this college with your score and it seats are mostly filled by rich students as it is one of the top college and you need to have some good rank to get a seat. No need to worry once you apply for the seat through b category and try to get in to the non-core branches as they are also good options based on your score and your situation. For your kind information about the fee structure in CBIT that when you get into CBIT through b category, then you will not get any fee reimbursement and you need to pay around 2lakh tuition fee and some other miscellaneous fee and hostel fee separate. For all practical purposes BE and BTech are equivalent. There is no difference whatsoever between these two nomenclatures for a degree in bachelor of engineering. It all depends on which institute you get admission and what that institute offers to you. So do not get bogged down by this issue of different names and go ahead for your admission. As per the information available on CBIT website the college offers the spot admission in the following engineering branches as Civil, EEE, ECE, Mech, IT, Prod, Chem, and Biotech. Hence CSE is not under the spot admission. The vacancies in above branches first filled with those qualified in TS EAMCET. If the vacancies are still left, candidates without TS EAMCET ranks and passed intermediate examination with the 45% in group subjects are eligible for spot admissions. All the applied candidates needs to attend the spot admission with all original certificates, Tuition fee and miscellaneous fee of Rs 134000+8500 for all branches in the form of DD in favor of "CBIT FEE COLLECTION AND OTHER RECEIPTS" payable at Hyderabad. So initially you have to pay Rs 142500 according to 2019-20 session.
